Every year, millions of infants and children in resource-limited settings face life-threatening illness without access to specialized neonatal and pediatric emergency and critical care. MERU works alongside clinicians, educators, and trainees in the Caribbean, Africa, and Southeast Asia to change that. We are building local expertise, strengthening systems, and empowering teams to save lives where it matters most through remote education, in-person skills training, and collaborative mentorship, all based on practical, context-appropriate concepts that improves care today while building a self-sustaining community for the future.
